Steyn City development

K56 Erling to Main Road extension
A Basic Assessment for this linear development was authorised in May 2018. The Water Use License was issued in 2020. A subsequent appeal to this approval, heard in the High Court, was dismissed
following expert testimony by De Wet Botha, from Prism EMS.

Northam Platinum Zondereinde
Division #3 Shaft A full EIA process with related specialist assessments to facilitate the construction of one of the deepest shafts in the world. The EA was obtained in August 2021.
Montrose Interchange Upgrade (N4 in Mpumalanga Province)
A full EIA process was required to authorise the upgrades to the N4, in Mpumalanga province. Extensive specialist assessment, as well as a Water Use License application was conducted and authorised during 2021.
